One of the main advantages of our custom cast-iron products is that they can replace mechanically welded components, thereby reducing design costs.

Production of casting models
Laroche Foundry specializes in sand-cast gray and ductile iron castings. We are proud to deliver a turnkey product.
Based on your drawings, our team will create your molding pattern using a 3D modeling software, ensuring that it meets your requirements and expectations. We can also cast parts for which you already have a pattern.
In active communication with you, our team of experts will deliver a high-performance, competitively priced product within your deadlines and specifications.
Production and lead times
Our production methods and lead times vary depending on the type, size and number of castings required.
It usually takes 5 to 6 weeks to create the model (molding pattern). Samples are then provided for your approval.
For larger custom parts, we use our manual molding equipment. Lead times for the production of this type of part may take up to 3 to 4 months.
